You might not be bothered much about gaming or licensing add-ons. On scanning, if you find any such add-ons, simply uninstall them. Addons Detector offers multiple filtering options. Addons Detector App for Android

The ‘donate’ version of the app comes with a live scanner that scans newly installed and updated apps for selected add-on categories and displays a notification if they are found. This is equivalent to being a premium user, and in order to be one, you have to make donations through inapp billing. The user interface is well laid out, colorful, ordered, and easy to read. However, Addons Detector Android app can’t provide 100% precision in detecting add-ons. But for most users, this should not be of any trouble whatsoever.

Verdict: Addons Detector app is a must have for your Android phone if you tend to regularly install lots of apps/games from Google Play Store.
